基于大视景模拟技术的铁路机巡考试系统研究

摘要 随着无人机大量应用于铁路线路运检工作,操作人员进行机巡培训成为作业必备条件,但实机训练成本高、风险大。研发机巡模拟培训考试系统,可规范培训操作,减少实机训练失误,降低坠机和设备损毁风险,利于培养技术成熟的铁路线路运检人员。从机巡实际需求出发,基于大视景模拟技术建立虚拟地理场景和铁路线路运行场景,内置机巡必须遵循的技术导则和安全规范,研究巡检培训考试系统,使机巡人员培训不受天气与成本等因素限制,可代替真实的机巡训练,加快人才培养速度,适应铁路发展需要。对参训学员的训练效果进行统计分析和量化评估,提升铁路运维巡检人员的无人机操控水平。 With the large number of UAV(unmanned aerial vehicles)applications in railway grid inspection work,the operator to carry out aerial patrol training has become a necessary condition for operation,but the real aircraft training is high in cost and risk.The research and development of the UAV railway grid inspection training and evaluation system aims to reduce the training errors of the real machine,decrease the risk of crashes and equipment damage.The standardized training operation is conducive to the training of railway grid inspection personnel with mature technology.To meet the actual needs of the drone patrol,the virtual geographical scene and railway grid operation scene are established based on the large visual simulation technology,and the technical guidelines and safety norms to be followed by the UAV patrol examination are built in.The research of inspection training and examination system can protect the training of drone patrol personnel from the constraints of weather and cost.and can replace the real drone patrol training,accelerate the speed of personnel training,and meet the needs of railway development.Statistical analysis and quantitative evaluation of the training effect of the trainees were carried out to improve the personnel UAV control level for railway operation and maintenance inspection.
