中职学生升学:意向与需求——基于对广东省G市的调查

Secondary Vocational Students:Intention and Demand——Based on a Survey of G City,Guangdong Province

在社会经济发展和政策导向下,升学成为中职毕业生的主流。通过对广东省G市5374位中职生的问卷调查和27位中职生的深度访谈发现:中职学生升学意向强烈,以本科高校为主要升学目标院校;升学意向在性别、年级、专业及父母职业维度上存在显著差别;升学最主要的障碍是学业基础薄弱和升学渠道不够畅通,最大的需求是高等教育资源供给和学业支持。建议扩大和优化高等教育资源,推进中职学校多样化发展,加强中职升学信息宣传和优化职业教育资助政策。

Under the guidance of social and economic development and policy,entering a higher school has become the mainstream of secondary vocational graduates.Through the questionnaire survey of 5374 secondary vocational students in G City of Guangdong Province and the in-depth interview of 27 secondary vocational students,it is found that the secondary vocational students have a strong intention to pursue further study,and the main goal of pursuing further study is undergraduate universities;There are significant differences in study intention in gender,grade,major and parental occupation.The main obstacle to further study is the weak academic foundation and the lack of smooth channels for further study,and the biggest demand is the supply of higher education resources and academic support.The paper suggests expanding and optimizing the resources of higher education,promoting the diversified development of secondary vocational schools,strengthening the information publicity of secondary vocational education and optimizing the subsidy policy of vocational education.
