职业教育教学成果的理论内涵、价值意蕴和培育逻辑

摘要 以界定的职业教育教学成果理论内涵为缘起,应用演绎推理和案例分析方法进行研究,所得结论如下:职业教育教学成果的呈现是系统方案,根本是立德树人,底色是类型特征,魂魄是科学创新,关键是实践成效,支撑是应用推广;其本质是一种精神产品,作用对象是受教育者,目标是提高教育教学质量;其具有载体价值、理论价值、应用价值和符号资本价值。成果培育工作应按照“从实然出发,向应然迈进”的思路,以“培育工作实然”为逻辑起点,坚持“立德树人、服务发展、问题导向、系统思维”为逻辑依据、“思想认知—制度保障—行动落实—申报评奖”为逻辑主线。 Starting from the defined theoretical connotation of vocational education teaching achievements,the paper applies deductive reasoning and case analysis methods to research,and draws the following conclusions:the presentation of vocational education teaching achievement is a system plan,its foundation is to cultivate morality,its background color is the type of characteristics,its soul is scientific innovation,its key is the practical effect,its support is the application and promotion.Its essence is a kind of spiritual product,its object of action is the educated,its goal is to improve the quality of education and teaching.It has carrier value,theoretical value,application value and symbolic capital value.In accordance with the guiding ideology of"proceeding from what is to what should be",the achievements cultivation takes"what is cultivation work"as the logical starting point,adheres to the logic basis of moral cultivation,service development,problem orientation,systematic thinking,and the logical main line of ideological cognitionsystem guarantee-action implementation-application and evaluation of awards.
