摘要
职业院校内部评价改革有利于强化职业院校类型特色、学生“德技兼修”特色和教师“双师”特色,但职业院校在内部评价方面存在职业特性不明显,学生评价内容不全面、发展性评价缺乏,教师评价方式科学性欠缺、引领专业成长不足等问题。为增强职业教育适应性,促进职业教育高质量发展,职业院校内部评价改革在评价理念方面,强调实现三个回归,凸显职业教育特性;在学生评价方面,聚焦育人为本,立足学生职业生涯可持续发展,完善学生评价体系;在教师评价方面,聚焦师资特质,立足教师的能力素质结构,完善教师评价体系。
The internal evaluation reform of vocational colleges is conducive to strengthening the type characteristics of vocational colleges,the characteristics of students'training of combined moral and technology and the characteristics of double-qualified teachers.However,there are some problems in the internal evaluation of vocational colleges,for example,the occupational characteristics of internal evaluation are not obvious;the contents of students'evaluation are not comprehensive and lack of the development evaluation;the teacher evaluation methods are not scientific enough to lead the professional growth,etc.In order to enhance the adaptability of vocational education and promote the highquality development of vocational education,the evaluation concept of the internal evaluation reform of vocational colleges should emphasize the realization of"three returns"(i.e.promoting education and teaching to return to the original intention of students'all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,the aesthetic and labor education,promoting teachers to return to their duty of teaching and educating people,promoting scientific research to return to the essence of innovative service),so as to highlight the characteristics of vocational education;students'evaluation should focus on educating people and improve the students'evaluation system based on the sustainable career development of students;teachers'evaluation should focus on the idiosyncrasy of teachers and improve the teacher evaluation system based on the structure of teachers'abilities and qualities.
