“双高计划”背景下高职院校专创融合人才培养模式改革研究

Research on the Reform of Talents Cultivation Model of Integration of Specialty and Innovation in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Plan for the Construction of High-level Vocational Colleges and Specialties with Chinese Characteristics

专业教育与创新创业教育的融合是高职院校服务国家创新战略的重要抓手,也是“双高计划”建设的重要任务。针对目前专创融合人才培养模式存在理论研究偏多但实践难度较大的问题,提出“一点、两线、三环、四平台”人才培养新模式。以专创融合为顶点,建立“圆锥”型人才培养目标体系,整合专业学院与创新创业学院两条资源线,围绕课程融入、师资融通和项目融合的“三环”生态系统,发挥制度平台、校企合作平台、工作站平台以及创新创业大赛平台的支撑作用,打造点、线、面全方位、多平台的人才培养模式,为社会提供技能型、应用型、创新型、复合型的人才。

The integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure for vocational colleges and universities to serve the national innovation strategy,and it is also an important task for the construction of plan for the construction of high-level vocational colleges and specialties with Chinese characteristics.The paper puts forward a new mode of talents training of"one point,two lines,three rings and four platforms",aiming at the problems,too much theoretical research but difficult in practice,of the current talents training mode of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.To set up a cone type talents training target system with an apex of integration of professional education and innovation,the paper integrates the resources of professional colleges and innovation and entrepreneurship colleges,focuses on the ecosystem of curriculum integration,teacher integration and project integration,gives play to a supportive role of institutional platform,college-enterprise cooperation platform,workstation platform and innovation and entrepreneurship competition platform,creates a multi-dimension and multi-platform talents training model to provide the society with skill-based,application-oriented,innovative and interdisciplinary talents.
