摘要
“五位一体”育人机制,是指“专业育人、课程育人、课堂育人、名师育人、环境育人”五位一体、全面推进。“五位一体”育人机制的整体建构,亟须厘清其生成逻辑。实施“五位一体”育人机制,既要打造“专业+”新模式,融职业技能竞赛标准建资源,推进“三个课堂”联动育人才,还要坚持名师引领促技能成长,创设高品质育人环境。
The Five-sphere Integrated educational mechanism is a conceptual cluster that carries meaning and value.It aims to nurture new generations and comprehensively promote the integration of professional education,curriculum education,classroom education,teacher education,and environmental education.To promote its efficient operation,it is urgent to clarify its generation logic.The overall construction of this education mechanism not only needs to create a new model of"professional+",integrate world-class standard construction resources,and link the"three classrooms"to cultivate talents,but also requires the guidance of renowned teachers to promote skill growth and create a high-quality education environment.
