Research on the Reform of Scientific Research Evaluation in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

新时代高职院校科研评价改革是中国特色高水平高职院校建设的重要基础,是高职院校高质量发展的重要保障,也是提升教师科研能力与社会服务水平的重要抓手。当前高职院校科研评价主要存在科研评价导向不明确、科研评价定位不准确、科研评价制度不完善、科研评价实施不顺畅等问题。建议从树立正确科研评价导向、突出高职院校科研评价特色、加强科研评价顶层设计、完善科研评价指标体系、着力推动教师科研评价有序开展等五个方面,构建新时代高职院校科研评价指标体系。

The reform of scientific research evaluation in vocational colleges in the new era is an important foundation for the construction of high-level vocational schools with Chinese characteristics,an important guarantee for the high-quality development of vocational colleges,and an important channel to improve teachers’abilities of scientific research and level of social service.There are some current problems in scientific research evaluation such as imprecise guidance,inaccurate positioning,imperfect system and faulted implementation of scientific research evaluation.It is suggested to construct scientific research evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges in the new era from five aspects:establishing a precise guidance,highlighting the characteristics,strengthening the top-level design,improving the index system,and focusing on promoting the orderly development of scientific research evaluation in higher vocational colleges.
