中职学生专业认同与影响因素调查研究——以上海市3所中职学校为例

摘要 中职学生专业认同对中等职业教育基础性作用的发挥具有重要意义。从专业认知、专业情感和专业行为倾向三个维度编制中职学生专业认同调查问卷,调查表明:中职学生的专业认同处于中等偏上水平,专业情感得分最高,专业认知次之,专业行为倾向得分最低;专业认同及其各维度在年级、生源地、专业选择方式上存在显著性差异。从个人特质、专业教育、身边他人和社会环境四个维度编制中职学生专业认同影响因素调查问卷,调查表明:个人特质、身边他人和社会环境三个维度会显著影响中职学生专业认同,其中个人特质维度因素影响程度最大,身边他人维度次之,社会环境维度最小。为此,从社会、学校、个人三个层面提出建议,以期提高中职学生的专业认同水平。 The professional identity for students of secondary vocational schools is of great significance to the basic role of secondary vocational education.The questionnaire of professional identity for students of secondary vocational schools was compiled from three dimensions of professional cognition,professional emotion and professional behavior tendency.The survey showed that the professional identity for students of secondary vocational schools was at an above average level,and the score of professional emotion was the highest,followed by professional cognition,and the score of professional behavior tendency was the lowest.There are significant differences between professional identity and its dimensions in grades,students’places of origin and major selection methods.A questionnaire on the influencing factors of professional identity for students of vocational schools is compiled from four dimensions of individual trait,professional education,people around you and social environment.The survey shows that the students’professional identity will be significantly affected by such dimensions as individual trait,people around you and social environment,among which the individual trait is the greatest,followed by people around you and the social environment respectively.Therefore,suggestions are put forward from three levels of society,school and individual so as to improve the professional identity level for students of secondary vocational schools.
