产教融合背景下职业院校教师职业能力提升的培训对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 产教融合对职业院校教师实践教学能力、科技创新能力、信息化技术应用能力、沟通能力等提出了更高要求,针对部分职业院校教师参加培训主动性不强、培训内容设置与专业相关度不高、职业培训重理论轻实践、职业培训考核方式单一、评价体系不完善等问题,从建立多元激励机制、增强培训课程与专业相关度的设置、打造职教集团实践教学平台、建立教师培训企业评价体系等方面探讨职业院校教师职业能力提升的培训对策,以提升职业院校教师的职业能力,为产业升级和转型提供有力的师资力量。 It is required that teachers in vocational colleges should have higher practical teaching ability,scientific and technological innovation ability,information technology application ability,and communication ability under the background of integration of industry and education.In view of such problems as weak initiative for some teachers of vocational colleges to participate in training,low correlation between training content and majors,emphasis on theory over practice in vocational training,single assessment method of vocational training and imperfect evaluation system,the paper discusses the training countermeasures for the improvement of teachers’vocational abilities,so as to improve the teachers’vocational abilities in vocational colleges and provide teachers for industrial upgrading and transformation.
