基于“岗课赛证”融通的高职轨道交通运营管理类专业职业技能竞赛育人改革研究

Research on Vocational Skills Competition Education Reform of Rail Transit Operation Management Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates

职业技能竞赛活动在综合育人改革中发挥着重要作用,是适应人才培养新需求的有效路径、提高学习获得感的有力抓手、塑造工匠精神文化的重要载体以及促进校企合作交流的桥梁纽带。以高职院校轨道交通运营管理类专业为例,立足职业技能竞赛“高端展示”的功能定位,创新贯穿“三个课堂”的多维度育人,聚焦“增量”“扩面”和“提质”,开展以“四融入”为重要举措的育人改革实践,即职业技能竞赛师资队伍搭建融入教师教学团队建设、职业技能竞赛内容整合融入课程体系构建、职业技能竞赛环境完善融入教学资源建设、职业技能竞赛文化塑造融入学生活动组织,形成“赛教融合、以赛促教、以赛促建”的新局面。

Vocational skills competition plays an important role in the comprehensive education reform.It is an effective way to adapt to the new needs of talents training,a powerful starting point to improve the sense of learning,an important carrier to shape the spirit and culture of artisans,and a bridge to promote the cooperation and exchanges between schools and enterprises.Taking rail transit operation management major in higher vocational colleges as an example,the paper innovates the multi-dimensional education through three kinds of classes based on the functional positioning of high-end display in vocational skills competition.It focuses on increment,expansion and quality improvement,and carries out the education reform practice with“Four-integration”as an important measure.That is,the integration of skills competition teacher team and teaching team,the integration of vocational skills competition content and the construction of curriculum system,the integration of vocational skills competition environment and the construction of teaching resources,the integration of the shaping of vocational skills competition culture and the organization of student activities,so as to form a new situation of an integration of competition and teaching,improving teaching by competition and improving the construction by competition.
