新《职业教育法》实施背景下职业教育德技并修路径探析

立德树人、德技并修是新《职业教育法》对职业教育人才培养提出的目标要求。但是在具体实践中,职业教育德技并修还存在一些问题,比如学生的职业精神存在不足、职业技能水平不够、德技并修尚不充分。新时代下职业教育对于德技并修人才的培养需与时俱进。基于新《职业教育法》实施背景,探讨职业教育德技并修的路径,树立德技并修意识,加强德技并修教育并深化德技并修实践,进而促进职业教育德技并修人才的培养,推动职业教育高质量发展。

It is the goal and requirement of the new Vocational Education Law for the vocational education to cultivate virtuous people and cultivate people with virtue and skills.However,in practice,there are still such problems as insufficient professional spirits,low level of professional skills,and inadequate combination training of virtue and skill.In the new era,vocational education needs to keep pace with the times for the cultivation of talents with virtue and skills.Based on the implementation background of the new Vocational Education Law,the paper discusses the path of cultivating people with virtue and skills in vocational education,establishing the consciousness of cultivating people with morality and skills,strengthening the education and deepening the practice of cultivating people with morality and skills,so as to promote the talents training with virtue and skills and the high-quality development of vocational education.
