基于结构变动视角的湖南高职院校医学职业教育结构与规模分析

Analysis on the Structure and Scale of Medical Vocational Education in Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Structural Change

2010年至2020年,湖南省基层卫生技术人才需求总体呈现明显上升态势,但在学历结构与专业结构上变动明显,与湖南省高职医学供给规模与结构存在明显偏差。现阶段,要有效弥补湖南高职医学教育供给与基层医疗卫生机构人才需求的结构偏差,需从统筹推进本科层次医学职业教育、动态优化医学职业教育结构与规模、扩大乡村医生培养规模与辐射范围着手。

From 2010 to 2020,the demand of grass-roots health technical personnel on the whole presents a significant upward trend in Hunan Province,but there are obvious changes in the educational structure and major structure,and there is a distinct deviation from the supply scale and structure of higher vocational medicine in Hunan Province.At this stage,such effective measures as promoting medical vocational education at undergraduate level,optimizing the structure and scale of medical vocational education dynamically,and expanding the training scale and the scope of rural doctors should be taken to compensate for the structural deviation effectively between the supply of higher vocational medical education and the demand of talents in grassroots medical and health institutions in Hunan.
