劳模精神融入高职院校人才培养理论与实践

On the Theory and Practice of Integrating Model Worker Spirit into Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

习近平总书记对“劳模精神”的科学界定,对社会各界准确把握具有重要指导意义。劳动精神与劳模精神、工匠精神在产生主体、内涵本质和性质特征存在根本性区别,但两两之间又是一种整体与部分、共性与个性的包含关系或交叉关系。劳模精神在内涵特征上是一种具有中国特色的榜样精神、日益发展的时代精神和不断进取的创业精神。劳模精神与职业教育有着天然的联系,是职业教育人才培养中的重要组成部分,是社会主义核心价值观中敬业精神的集中体现,是职业院校人才培养的法定责任,是职业道德教育的重要内容。劳模精神融入高职院校人才培养的具体路径在于融入培养方案、培养过程、评价体系和校园文化。

The scientific definition of model worker spirit by the General Secretary Xi Jin-ping has guiding significance to all circles of society.There are fundamental differences between the spirit of labor,the spirit of model workers and the spirit of craftsman in terms of subject,connotation,nature and characteristics,but it is also a kind of inclusive relationship or cross relationship between the whole and part,common and individual.The characteristics of the labor model are a model spirit of Chinese characteristics,the spirit of the growing age and the enterprising spirit,it has a natural connection with vocational education and it is an important part of the cultivation of professional education talents,it is the concentrated embodiment of the professionalism in the core values of socialism,it is the legal responsibility of talents cultivation in vocational colleges and the important content of the professional ethics education.The path of integrating worker model spirit into talents training of higher vocational colleges lies in integrating into talents training program,training process,the evaluation system and the campus culture.
