集体记忆构建共同体认同视角下的大学故事育人路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 大学故事所包含的历史事件、思想文化以及校史文化资源是高校独特的文化资本,不仅是大学精神的重要载体,而且是高校面向大学生进行思想引领和品格塑造的活水源头。充分挖掘大学故事的育人功能既是“大思政”视域下体现文化育人与价值引领的应然之义,也是凝练学校文化特质、促使人才培养目标落地的现实需求。以共同体认同和集体记忆构建为视角,以广州大学《我们的大学》中大学故事为例分析大学故事的育人内涵与育人功能实现的路径。大学故事通过转变育人方式为“身边人讲身边事”、拓宽育人渠道为“共建共享大学记忆”、塑造文化育人影响为“我辈接力奋进”等过程构建其集体记忆,在打造大学文化底色、塑造大学历史自信、传承大学精神追求等方面凝聚共同体认同,巩固人才培养效果,纵深发展文化特色挖掘,为高校文化育人实践提供新路径。为更好实现大学故事的文化育人功能,要构建多方协同参与的工作机制,丰富育人载体与传播方式,以传承创新提振大学文化自信。 The historical events,ideology and culture contained in university stories and the cultural resources of university history are the unique cultural capital of universities.They are not only the important carrier of university spirit,but also the living source of ideology guidance and character building for university students.Fully exploring the educational function of university stories is not only a must of cultural education and value guidance from the perspective of ideological and political education,but also the practical demand of condensing the cultural characteristics of the university and promoting the realization of the aim of talents training.From the perspective of community identity and the construction of collective memory,the paper takes the college stories in Guangzhou University as an example to analyze the connotation of college stories and the paths to realize the function of education.University stories build its collective memory by changing the education mode into people around us telling the things around us,broadening the education channels for building and sharing university memories,shaping the cultural education influence for our generation forging ahead.The community identity is condensed to strengthen the talents training effect,develop the cultural characteristics in depth,and provide new paths for the practice of university culture education by setting the tone for the university culture,shaping the confidence in the university history and inheriting the pursuit of university spirit.In order to further realize the cultural education function of university stories,it is necessary to build a working mechanism of multi-party cooperation and participation,enrich the education medium and promotion mode,and boost the confidence of university culture with inheritance and innovation.
