乡村振兴背景下农村职业教育乡土课程建设问题研究 被引量:1

摘要 我国农村职业教育乡土课程已经历了培育传统“守土”人才、劳动力转移人才与新型职业农民三个历史发展阶段,乡土课程的价值目标也相应地实现了从“为农”到“离农”再到“新型为农”的转换。新时代农村职业教育乡土课程理应具有助推乡村振兴人才培育和农村职业教育可持续发展的独特价值。而现阶段我国农村职业教育乡土课程建设中却存在着价值取向极端化、课程结构不合理、课程环境待改善的问题。欲有效解决这些问题,务必超越城乡二元对立的课程结构并牢固树立乡土课程“兼农”的价值取向,依据新发展理念完善乡土课程的结构体系,通过多元主体协同优化乡土课程外部环境,以实现农村职业教育乡土课程的高质量发展。 The local curriculum of rural vocational education has experienced three historical development stages:cultivating traditional talents of retaining soil,labor transferred talents and new professional farmers.The value goal of local curriculum also realizes three transformations from“for the countryside”,“from the countryside”to“creatively for the countryside”.The local curriculum of rural vocational education in the new era is supposed to be characterized by the unique value of promoting talents training for rural revitalization and the sustainable development of rural vocational education.However,at present,there are such problems as extreme value orientation,unreasonable course structure and imperfect curriculum environment in the local curriculum construction of rural vocational education in China.In order to solve the problems effectively,it is necessary to transcend the urban-rural dual structure and determine the value orientation of the local curriculum giving consideration to both,to improve the internal structure system of the local curriculum according to the new development concept,and to optimize the external environment of the local curriculum through the collaboration of multiple subjects so as to realize the high-quality development of the local curriculum in rural vocational education.
