大国工匠培养视域下高职院校劳动精神培育路径探析

On the Cultivation Path of Labor Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Cultivation of Power Craftsmen

在职业教育视域下,加快构建现代职业教育体系,培养更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠,已经成为当前推进高职院校工作的根本遵循和内在要求。在此背景下,劳动精神的培育成为了重中之重,这既是社会的需求,也是企业高品质发展的必由之路,更是高职院校实现“双高计划”的内在要求。为此,要积极探索大国工匠培养视域下高职院校劳动精神培育路径,主要从以下三方面入手:以立德树人为宗旨,做到劳动精神与技术技能培养有机统一;以知行合一为原则,构建手脑并用、学中做、做中学的劳动教育机制;以大国工匠为目标,创新高职院校人才培养模式,增强学生的劳动精神,努力把学生培养成时代的楷模、国家的栋梁。

From the perspective of vocational education,it has become the fundamental and internal requirements for promoting the work of higher vocational colleges to accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system and train more high-quality technical and skilled talents,accomplished craftsmen.In this context,the cultivation of labor spirit,the demand of the society,has become the top priority,and it is the only way for the high-quality development of enterprises,and the internal requirements of higher vocational colleges to realize the“double high plan”(High-level construction of colleges and High-level construction of professional groups).Therefore,it is necessary to actively explore the cultivation path of labor spirit in higher vocational colleges.With the purpose of moral education,the organic unity of labor spirit and technical skills training can be achieved.Based on the principle of unity of knowledge and action,the labor education mechanism of combining hands and brains,doing in learning and learning by doing is constructed.Aiming at the artisans of a power,the talents training model of higher vocational colleges will be innovated,the labor spirit of students will be improved,and the students will be trained into models of the times or pillars of the country.
