Training international talents is the mission and responsibility of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong-Hong Kong region-Macao region Greater Bay Area.After a thorough SWOT analysis of carrying out the internationalized talents training in higher vocational colleges in recent years,the paper discusses the international talents cultivation strategies of promoting strategic of regional advantages,the comprehensive development strategy,the strength enhancement strategy and the regional resources integration strategy.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to explore a new path for the future developing of internationalization and innovation of higher vocational education in Greater Bay area from the perspective of government,enterprises and vocational colleges.
