部省共建深圳职教高地背景下高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设高质量发展研究 被引量:1

摘要 部省共建深圳职教高地作为深圳职业教育的核心任务,如何打造一流高职院校“双师型”教师队伍是高地建设过程中亟需探索的实践课题。当前深圳高职院校“双师型”队伍建设存在发展定位与招聘标准不衔接、培训体系与建设目标不协调、产教融合与成长需求不匹配、评价制度与主体地位不一致等问题,严重阻碍了深圳高职院校办成本科层次职业学校的步伐。通过厘清部省共建深圳职教高地中打造一流师资队伍的关键目标,从人才引进、培训模式、产教融合、评价体系等多方面探究深圳高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的内涵逻辑,构建了科学可行的行动框架,旨在推动深圳高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设高质量发展。 As the core task of Shenzhen vocational education,how to build a first-class“double-qualified”teaching staff in higher vocational colleges is an urgent practical issue to be explored in the process of highland construction.At present,there are such problems in the construction of“double-qualified”team in Shenzhen higher vocational colleges as the inconsistency between development orientation and recruitment standards,the inharmonious between training system and construction objectives,the mismatching between the integration of vocational education with industry and growth needs,and the inconsistency between evaluation system and subject status,which seriously hinder the pace of becoming undergraduate vocational colleges for Shenzhen higher vocational colleges.The paper clarifies the key goal of building a first-class teaching team in Shenzhen vocational education highland,explores the connotation logic of the construction of“double-qualified”teaching team in Shenzhen vocational colleges from the aspects of talents introduction,training mode,the integration of vocational education with industry and evaluation system,and constructs a scientific and feasible action framework,aiming at promoting the high-quality development of“double-qualified”teaching team construction in Shenzhen vocational colleges.
