摘要 在“双高计划”深入实施的背景下,推动高职院校专任教师全员化参与校企合作意义重大,将有利于创新校企合作领域和完善校企协同育人体系,还可以更好地服务区域经济与社会发展。目前,专任教师全员化参与校企合作还存在理念、载体、模式、体系等多项制约因素,高职院校需要创新工作理念,完善实施思路,打造运行载体,优化现有的合作模式,构建科学的校企合作运行体系,从而推动专任教师全员化参与校企合作协同育人。 In the context of the in-depth implementation of the"Double High Plan",it is of great significance to promote the full participation of full-time teachers in vocational colleges in school enterprise cooperation,which will help to innovate the field of school enterprise cooperation and improve the school enterprise collaborative education system,and also better serve regional economic and social development.At present,there are many constraints on full-time teachers’full participation in school enterprise cooperation,such as ideas,carriers,models,and systems.Higher vocational colleges need to innovate their work concepts,improve their implementation ideas,build operational carriers,optimize existing cooperation models,and build a scientific school enterprise cooperation system,so as to promote full-time teachers’full participation in school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education.
