职业院校劳动教育的逻辑起点、现实困境与改进路径

摘要 新时期的劳动教育,需要在彰显劳动者的尊严、尊重劳动者主体地位的前提下,确证劳动本质,展现劳动价值,达到尊重一切劳动的教育目标。因此,职业院校开展劳动教育的逻辑起点是对劳动的尊重。其中,价值逻辑是继承中华民族优秀的劳动品质,科学逻辑是践行马克思主义劳动观,正义逻辑是展现社会主义制度优越性。在职业院校劳动教育实践中,单纯的劳动价值观说教无法真正发挥效用,必须要将劳动最光荣、劳动最美丽的思想落到实处,让学生感受到各行各业劳动者都能够通过自己的劳动获得尊重并得到相应的报酬。 The labor education in the new era needs to embody the nature of labor,show the value of labor,and achieve the educational goal of respecting all labor under the premise of showing the dignity of workers and respecting the dominant position of workers.The logical starting point of labor education is respect for labor.In line with it,the value logic is to inherit the excellent labor quality of the Chinese nation,the scientific logic is to practice the Marxist labor concept,and the justice logic is to show the superiority of the socialist system.In the practice of labor education in vocational colleges,the simple preaching of labor values can not really play its role.The teachers must implement the idea of“labor prevails”,so as to let students feel that workers in all walks of life should be respected and paid through their own labor.
