新时代职业院校美育内涵、价值与路径初探

On the Connotation, Value and Path of Aesthetic Education in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

党的十八大以来,党中央、国务院出台了《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校美育工作的意见》等系列文件,为新时代学校美育工作提供了根本指南,也为职业院校开展美育工作指明了发展方向和实践遵循。从本质来看,职业院校美育是指职业院校按照国家要求,有计划地通过开设专门课程、开展艺术活动等手段,系统地对受教育者开展的以劳动美、技术美、工艺美为重点内容,以提高审美能力、陶冶高尚情操、塑造美好心灵、挖掘创造潜力为目的的教育活动。在新时代背景下,职业院校美育对传承文化、增强文化自信,打造高质量职业教育体系,培养德技并修的高素质技术技能人才具有重要意义。职业院校必须从理念、机制、课程、平台、校园文化等五个方面着手,全方位推进美育工作,开创职业教育发展新局面,强力支撑区域经济高质量发展和技术技能更新迭代,培养更多全面发展的技术技能人才。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Central Committee of the CPC and The State Council have issued a series of documents such as Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education in the New Era,etc.which provide a fundamental guide,developing direction and practical path of aesthetic education for vocational colleges in the new era.According to these documents,vocational colleges are required to offer some special courses and artistic activities to students.Aesthetic education in vocational colleges,in essence,refers to the educational activities which are well-planned in content concerning labor beauty,technical beauty and craft beauty.All these should focus on improving the students’aesthetic abilities,cultivating their noble sentiment,shaping their beautiful minds and inspiring their creative potentials.In the new era,aesthetic education in vocational colleges plays an important role in inheriting culture,enhancing cultural confidence,building a high quality vocational education system as well as cultivating talents both with professional technical skills and high moral quality.Vocational colleges must enhance aesthetic education in an all-round way from the five aspects of concept,mechanism,curriculum,teaching platform and campus culture so as to create a new development situation of vocational education,strongly support the regional economy development&technology upgrade and cultivate more and more comprehensively developed technical and skilled talents.
