摘要
随着我国"一带一路"倡议和"中国高铁走出去"战略的提出,对轨道交通行业人才需求量激增,然而传统的人才培养模式——以"教师为中心"的教学模式忽略了学生的个性,无法充分调动学生的学习积极性,教学效果不如人意。针对传统人才培养教学模式受到场地、时间限制等问题,依据混合教学模式设计的原则,构建了基于虚实融合技术的混合教学模式,并开发了基于虚实融合技术的训练系统,解决了实训过程中场地、时间限制等问题,提高了学习效率,同时引入VR、AR技术提升了学生学习兴趣,提高了教学质量,在实践中取得良好的教学效果。
Along with the strategies of the Belt and Road Initiatives and China’s high-speed rail going globally,there is a surge in demand for talents of rail transit industry,however,the traditional talents training mode,teachers being the center,ignores the students’individual character,and it can’t fully arouse the students’learning enthusiasms,therefore,the teaching effect is unsatisfactory.The traditional talents training teaching mode is limited by venue and time,according to the design principle of mixed teaching mode,and a mixed teaching mode and a training system based on virtual-reality fusion technology were constructed,it solves the problems of venue and time limitation in the process of practical training and improves the learning efficiency.The introduction of VR and AR technology improves the students’interests in learning,improves the teaching quality,and achieves good teaching effect in practice.
