摘要
高职院校在专业课程建设上坚持与生产劳动相结合,学生的劳动知识与技能普遍得到提升。然而,除了社会环境导致的劳动异化以及家庭劳动教育的缺失等因素外,高职院校劳动教育在目标设定、路径实施、内容选择、考核评定上存在偏差,也导致近年来在高职院校毕业生中出现了不同程度的不珍惜劳动成果、不愿意劳动等劳动价值观不端正的现象。基于新时代社会主要矛盾转化以及人工智能等技术发展对劳动的价值、功能等产生了重要影响,高职院校应将培养劳动价值观作为核心目标,把新时代劳动观念与精神通过重设教学目标、融合教学内容、创设教学资源、创新教学方法、改革课程考核等融入专业课程这一劳动教育模式,以促进学生的全面发展。
In the construction of professional courses,the higher vocational colleges adhere to the combination of production and labor,and the students’labor knowledge and skills are generally improved.However,there are still evaluation biases in the labor education in higher vocational colleges in goal setting,implementation path,choice of content and evaluation bias in addition to the labor alienation caused by the social environment and lack of family labor education.Based on the transformation of major social contradictions in the new era and the development of artificial intelligence and other technologies that have an important impact on the value and function of labor,higher vocational colleges should take the cultivation of labor values as the core goal.As a result,in recent years,the graduates of higher vocational colleges do not cherish the achievements of labor and do not want to work in various degrees.In order to promote the all-round development of students,the labor education mode is mainly adopted to integrate the labor concept and spirit of the new era into professional courses by resetting teaching objectives,integrating teaching contents,creating teaching resources,innovating teaching methods and reforming course assessment.
