新时代职业院校美育教育的价值意蕴、现实困境与突破路径

On the Value Implication, Realistic Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of Aesthetic Education in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

美是纯洁道德、丰富精神的重要源泉,对塑造美好心灵具有重要作用。新时代美育教育是实现人全面发展的现实诉求,是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要途径,同时也是实现学校立德树人根本任务的必由之路。然而,当前我国职业院校美育教育面临着教育目的被遮蔽、教育途径被窄化、美育评价"学科思维"相对狭隘等诸多挑战,须采取有效应对措施,包括明晰美育教育目的、丰富美育教育途径、加强师资队伍建设、搭建课程实施"立交桥"、破除学科思维定势、建立常态化的评价体系等,才能将挑战化为新的机遇,充分发挥美育教育陶冶情操、塑造人格、启迪心智的作用。

Aesthetic education is an important source of pure morality and rich spirit,and it plays an important role in shaping a beautiful heart.In the new era,Aesthetic education is not only an important way to realize the realistic demand of people’s all-round development and cultivate high-quality skilled talents,but also the way to realize the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in schools.At present,aesthetic education is facing many challenges in vocational colleges,such as the concealing of educational objectives,the narrowing of educational approaches,and the relatively narrow subject thinking of aesthetic education evaluation.Effective measures should be taken,including clarifying the purpose of aesthetic education and enriching the ways of aesthetic education,strengthening the construction of the team of teachers,building a overpass for curriculum implementation,breaking the stereotype of subject thinking and establishing a normalized evaluation system,to turn the challenge into a new opportunity and give full play to the role of aesthetic education in cultivating sentiment,shaping personality and enlightening the mind.
