粤港澳大湾区战略性新兴产业集群与高职院校专业设置的适配性研究——以广佛肇地区51所高职院校为例

高职院校专业设置要对接产业,满足市场需求,进而推动区域经济社会的发展。以广佛肇三地51所高职院校为例,对高职院校专业设置与区域战略性新兴产业集群适配性进行分析,表明存在以下问题:战略性新兴产业与相关专业集中于省会城市,战略性新兴产业相关专业数量设置失衡,战略性新兴产业相关专业人才培养存在缺口。为此,适配策略在于:高职院校整合现有资源形成专业集群;政府与高职院校共建专业调整动态机制;企业与高职院校共建技能人才资源库。

The major setting of higher vocational colleges should connect with the industry,meet the market demand,and promote the development of regional economy and society.Taking 51 Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangzhou,Foshan and Zhaoqing as an example,after analyzing the adaptability between the major setting of Higher Vocational Colleges and regional strategic emerging industry clusters,the results show that there are problems in the three cities,such as the concentration of strategic emerging industries and related majors in the provincial capital cities,the imbalance in the number of specialties related to strategic emerging industries,and the gap in the training of professionals related to strategic emerging industries.The corresponding adaptation strategies are put forward;existing resources should be integrated into professional clusters;the dynamic mechanism of specialty adjustment should be built jointly by the government and higher vocational colleges;a pool of skilled talents should be built jointly by enterprises and higher vocational colleges.
