高职院校“赛教融合”育人模式的内涵、困境与破解对策

Connotation, Dilemma and Countermeasures of “Integration of Competition and Teaching” Education Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业技能大赛与高职学生创新能力培养存在内在联系,高职院校构建"赛教融合"育人模式,通过技能大赛与教育教学的有机融合,将创新能力培养与精湛技能培养贯穿于学生的技术技能发展和竞赛训练的全过程,是培养经济社会亟需的高技能人才的有效路径。高职院校构建"赛教融合"育人模式的路径:重塑技能大赛管理机制,创新人才培育体系,建立高水平的指导教师队伍等。

There is an internal connection between vocational skills competition and the cultivation of innovation abilities of students in higher vocational colleges.Constructing a mode of“Integration of Competition and Teaching”through the organic integration of skills competition and teaching is an effective way for the vocational colleges to cultivate highly-skilled talents urgently needed by the economy and society,and the cultivation of innovation abilities and exquisite skills should be carried through the whole process of students’technical skills development and competition training.The ways of constructing the“Integration of Competition and Teaching”education mode in higher vocational colleges are to reshape the management mechanism of skills competition,innovate the talents cultivation system,and establish a team of high-level instructors.
