产教融合背景下高职院校金融管理专业人才培养价值再审视——以S省为例 被引量:2

Rethinking the Value of the Financial Management Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integration of Production and Education——taking S Province as an example

摘要 运用现场访谈与网络调研方法,对S省高职院校金融管理专业人才培养价值实现情况进行详细调研。调研发现行业、区域贡献度低,区域经济服务能力弱;工作岗位与专业相关度偏低,人才培养供给与需求发展错位;能力素养达成度不高,人才培养手段与方法固化是导致产教融合背景下高职金融管理专业人才培养价值偏离的突出表现。为了解决上述问题,在产教融合背景下,把握培养价值实现的基本导向,创新人才培养模式,重塑人才培养目标与精准施策应是培养价值实现的主要途径。 By adopting the approaches of on-site interview and network survey,this paper makes a detailed investigation on the value realization of financial management talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges of S Province,which shows that the contribution of industries and regions is insufficient,and the service ability of regional economy is weak;the correlation between jobs and majors is not close,and the development of talent training supply and demand is misplaced;the degree of ability accomplishment is not high,and the means and methods of talent training is the obvious indication that leads to the value deviation of financial management talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges under the background of industry-education integration.In order to solve the problems above,it’s the main channel to grasp the basic orientation of the realization of the cultivation value,innovate the talent training mode,reshape talent training objectives and implement precision strategies.
