摘要
实践三二分段专升本应用型人才五年贯通"3+2"高本衔接协同培养,探索高职机械制造与自动化与本科机械设计制造及其自动化专业高本衔接的运行机制和人才培养模式。通过对高本协同培养基础、学习形式及培养模式、人才需求调研情况分析,提出"3+2"分段培养目标与定位;构建了"3+2"高本衔接课程体系;确定了高本衔接转段考核方式;提炼高本衔接取得的成效;从加大宣传力度、提高转段升本率、加强课程设置的连贯性等方面对"3+2"高本衔接存在的问题提出了对策。
The paper aims to explore the operation mechanism and talent training mode of the connection between higher vocational mechanical manufacturing and automation and undergraduate mechanical design manufacturing and automation. Based on the analysis of the cooperative cultivation foundation, learning form and training mode, talent demand investigation analysis, the paper puts forward the "3+2" segmented training goal and positioning, constructing the linkage of "3+2" curriculum system, determining the selection and assessment methods for the transition, refining the achievements of the convergence, and putting forward some countermeasures for the problems in the process of linkage from the aspects of increasing publicity and the rate of upgrading, and strengthening of the continuity in curriculum setting.
