摘要
随着互联网技术的快速发展,高铁快递也在不断加速触网,"互联网+高铁快递"已成为必然趋势。结合"互联网+高铁快递"参与主体的市场特点,重新设计"互联网+高铁快递"的运营流程。在高铁快递集货环节引入高铁货位购票系统和"货滴"平台,通过"货滴"集货至高铁站;安检装车环节,实现物联网技术安检、智能立体仓储、智能分区以及对问题件的智能返回等;在途运输环节实现全程监控以及实时信息反馈功能;末端派送环节,"货滴"进行最后一公里快件的派送,智能提货柜实现收件人凭提货码收取快件功能。"互联网+高铁快递"方案,不仅优化了高铁快递的运营流程,提高了运输效率和服务质量,而且充分利用了高铁运能,节约了铁路部门的经营成本,同时也给收件人带来了极大便利。
With the rapid development of internet technology,high-speed rail express is also accelerating to touch the network,"Internet+High-speed Rail Express"has become an inevitable trend.This paper first analyzes the market characteristics of the participants of"Internet+High-speed Rail Express"and then redesigns the"Internet+High-speed Rail Express"operation process.In the collection goods of high-speed rail express stage,the high-speed rail ticket purchasing system and the"Huodi"platform are introduced.All the express shipments can be purchased in advance through ticket purchasing system and the goods are collected to the high-speed rail station through"Huodi",which is of great convenience for the sender;In inspection and loading stage,the internet technology security inspection,intelligent three-dimensional storage,intelligent partitioning and intelligent return of the problem pieces are realized;The whole process monitoring and real-time information feedback function are realized in the transit transportation stage;In the end of delivery stage,the"Huodi"also delivers the last kilometer express,and the intelligent delivery container is introduced to realize the function of receiving the express by a delivery code.The"Internet+High-speed Rail Express"program not only optimizes the operation process of high-speed rail express,greatly improves the transportation efficiency and service quality,but also fully utilizes the high-speed rail transportation capacity,saving the operating cost of the railway department and also bringing great convenience to the recipients.
