依法治校视野下高职院校辅导员法治意识培养研究

Study on the Cultivation of Legal Awareness of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Managing Schools According to Law

随着依法治校的全面推进,运用法治思维管理学校成为当前高职院校管理工作的主旋律,而培养辅导员的法治意识对提升学校依法治校水平、维护学生合法权益具有重要意义。建议从加强准入考核、强化法治教育、结合实际案例、营造校园法治氛围等几个方面培养高职院校辅导员的法治意识,期望能够使得高职院校辅导员懂法识法、建构法治思维,从而提高整个高职院校的法治水平。

With the all-round advancement of managing schools according to law,it has become the main theme of the current management for higher vocational colleges to apply the thinking of rule of law in school management,and cultivating of counselors’legal awareness is of great significance to improving the level of managing schools according to law and safeguarding students’legitimate rights and interests.It is suggested that the legal awareness of counselors in higher vocational colleges should be cultivated from several aspects,such as strengthening access examination,strengthening legal education,combining actual cases and creating legal atmosphere on campus.It is expected that the counselors in higher vocational colleges can understand the law and construct the thinking of rule of law,thus driving the level of rule of law in the whole higher vocational colleges.
