1+X证书制度下轨道交通类专业课程体系开发研究——以城市轨道交通运营管理专业为例

Research on the Curriculum Development System of Rail Transit Major under the 1+X Certificate System——Take Major in Operation and Management of Urban Rail Transit as an Example

1+X证书制度是我国职业教育类型发展的重大创新,必然推动高职院校人才培养模式改革。课程体系是实现复合型人才培养目标的关键。通过1+X证书制度与双证书制度内涵对比,分析了轨道交通类专业课程体系对接1+X证书的现状问题,从课程建构、教学实施及教学保障条件等方面探究城市轨道交通运营管理专业课程体系融合职业技能等级标准的途径。

1+X certificate system is a major innovation in the development of vocational education in China,which will considerably promote the reformation of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.The curriculum system is the key to achieving the goal of cultivating interdisciplinary talents.Through the comparison of the connotation of"1+X certificate system"and"double certificate system",this paper analyzes the current situation of 1+X certificate connecting to the curriculum system of Rail Transit major’s curriculum.From the aspects of curriculum construction,teaching implementation and teaching guarantee conditions,it explores the methods of integrating vocational skill level standards to the curriculum system of Major in operation and management of Urban Rail Transit.
