摘要
全国职业院校技能大赛"现代电气控制系统安装与调试"赛项,近年来获得了很高的社会评价和广泛参与。本文以"现代电气控制系统安装与调试"赛项任务为对象,对MCGS触摸屏、三菱Q00U PLC、CC-Link总线等技术应用中的一些关键技术进行分析与探讨,提出了针对该赛项的标签编程、SFC顺序功能图编程等方法的应用,同时分享了比赛取得好成绩的一些应对策略,为准备参加全国赛该赛项的学生和老师,以及需要掌握相关电气控制技术的工程人员提供借鉴。
In recent years,the“installation and debugging of modern electrical control system”competition of national vocational college skill competition has obtained high social evaluation and extensive participation.This paper analyzes and discusses some key technologies in the application of MCGS touch screen,Mitsubishi Q00U PLC,CC-link bus and other technologies based on the task of“installation and debugging of modern electrical control system”.It puts forward the application of Label-programming,SFC-programming and other methods for the event,and also it shares some strategies on how to achieve good results in the competition,so as to provide reference for the students and teachers who are preparing to participate in the National Competition and the engineers who is in need of the relevant electrical control technology.
