基于SYB模式的地方民院少数民族大学生创业能力培养——以四川民族学院为例

Research on Cultivating the Entrepreneurship of Students of Minority Nationalities in Local Ethnic Colleges Based on SYB Model——A Case Study of Sichuan Minzu College

创业能力是大学生成功实现创业的关键要素,SYB模式是大学生创业能力培养的有效途径。目前,地方民院少数民族大学生在SYB模式培训中存在诸多问题,影响了学生创业能力的培养。针对存在的问题,地方民院应明确人才培养目标,健全课程教材配套;加强师资队伍建设,丰富教学方式方法;强化教学难点突破,完善过程管理体系,推进少数民族大学生创业能力培养。

Entrepreneurship is the key factor for college students to successfully create their own business,and SYB model is an effective way to cultivate college students’entrepreneurial ability.At present,there are many problems in training for students of minority nationalities in local ethnic colleges using SYB model,which affect the cultivation of students’entrepreneurial ability.In view of the existing problems,local ethnic colleges should clarify the training objectives of talents,improve the supporting materials for curriculum,strengthen the construction of teachers and enrich the teaching methods.In addition to making breakthrough in teaching difficulties and improving the process management system,we will promote the cultivation of the entrepreneurial ability of ethnic minority college students.
