神经内镜在高血压脑出血手术中的应用及疗效(附48例临床资料)

The application of neuroendoscopy in the operation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its curative effect (clinical analyses of 48 patients)

目的探讨神经内镜在高血压脑出血手术中的应用及疗效。方法采用回顾性分析我院神经外科自2014年12月自2018年12月收治的神经内镜辅助下手术清除高血压脑出血患者48例的临床资料。结果血肿近全清除者40例、大部分清除8例,术后再出血4例;术后三个月至半年GOS评价预后恢复良好26例、中残9例、重残7例、植物生存4例;死亡2例,死亡率为4.16%。结论神经内镜手术清除脑内血肿具有直视、微创、省时、副作用小、并发症少等优点,为高血压脑出血提供了一种新的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the application of neuroendoscopy in the operation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its curative effect;.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by neurosurgery in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Near total removal of hematoma occurred in 40 cases,most of them in 8 cases,and 4 cases of re-bleeding after operation.;Three months to six months after operation,26 cases recovered well,9 cases were moderately disabled,7 cases were severely disabled,4 cases were vegetative survival,2 cases died,and the mortality rate was 4.16%.Conclusion Endoscopic neurosurgery for the removal of intracerebral hematoma has the advantages of direct vision,minimally invasive,time-saving,less side effects and fewer complications.It provides a new treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
