摘要
地位不一致影响团队创新绩效的作用机制是创新创业研究的前沿主题。本文以资源保存理论和社会资本理论为基础,基于71个创业团队的682个团队成员为研究对象,探索创业团队中高位者地位不一致对团队创新绩效的影响,研究知识分享的中介作用及高位者社会资本的调节作用。结果表明:高位者地位不一致对团队创新绩效有显著的负向影响;知识分享在地位不一致与团队创新绩效间起到部分中介作用;高位者社会关系资本负向调节地位不一致对知识分享的抑制作用;高位者地位不一致与社会关系资本的交互效应经过知识分享的中介效应影响团队创新绩效。研究结论聚焦了创业团队合理配置的新情境,拓展了创业团队对创新绩效的影响机制分析,为激发企业活力和创新绩效提供了理论依据及政策启示。
The mechanism by which inconsistent status affects team innovation performance is a key focus in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship research.The article is based on the theories of resource conservation and social capital,and takes 682 team members from 71 entrepreneurial teams as the research object.It explores the impact of inconsistent status of high-level individuals in entrepreneurial teams on team innovation performance,investigates the mediating role of knowledge sharing,and the moderating role of high-level individuals in social capital.The results indicate that the inconsistent status of high-ranking individuals has a significant negative impact on team innovation performance;Knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role between inconsistent status and team innovation performance;The inhibitory effect of inconsistent negative regulatory status of social relationship capital among high-level individuals on knowledge sharing and team innovation performance;The inconsistent status of high-ranking individuals affects team innovation performance through the mediating effect of knowledge sharing through the interaction effect between their business relationship capital and social relationship capital.The research conclusion focuses on the new context of rational allocation of entrepreneurial teams,expands the research on the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial teams on innovation performance,and provides theoretical basis and beneficial policy implications for stimulating enterprise innovation vitality and entrepreneurial performance.
