CEO权力:1992年来的研究进展与展望

CEO Power:Research Progress Since 1992 and Agenda

摘要 自Finkelstein(1992)发表高管团队中权力的开创性研究以来,中外学界已积累不少CEO权力相关的高质量实证研究,但鲜有工作系统综述该领域研究进展。鉴于此,本文分别从FT50和FMS管理科学高质量期刊2022中遴选出75篇英文和57篇中文共132篇文献,系统梳理了CEO权力的内涵、测量、前因与效应,在此基础上构建出一个整合性分析框架,并指出了五个富有潜力的研究方向:①创新权力测量维度,拓宽指标数据来源;②加强环境前因研究,探索前因交互效应;③拓展宏微观主效应,探索调节与中介效应;④重视情境因素影响,探索学科交叉融合;⑤实践中发现新问题,注重指导管理实践。 Since Finkelstein(1992)published the pioneering research on power in top management teams,many high-quality empirical studies on CEO power have accumulated in Chinese and overseas academic circles.However,no studies have been found to systematically review the research progress.As such,we screen 75 papers from the list of FT50 and 57 papers from the FMS Journal Rating Guide 2022 and systematically review the definitions,measurements,antecedents and consequences of CEO power.On this basis,we construct an integrated analytical framework and propose five potential research directions.Firstly,to innovate the measurement dimension of power and broaden the index data sources.Secondly,to strengthen the study on the environmental antecedents and explore the interaction effects of antecedents.Thirdly,to expand the main effects at the macro and micro level and explore the moderating and mediating effects.Forth,to take the impact of situational factors into account and explore interdisciplinary integration.Finally,to discover new problems in practice and emphasize insight for management practice.
