谦卑型领导与员工行为关系的元分析 被引量:2

A Meta-analysis of the Relationship between Humble Leadership and Employee Behaviors

摘要 谦卑型领导的重要性日益凸显,但已有研究缺乏对谦卑型领导对员工行为影响的定量化分析。本文采用元分析方法,对包含114项实证研究,117个效应值及37172个样本,分别从关系与社会信息处理视角,检验了谦卑型领导对三种员工行为的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明:谦卑型领导与员工任务绩效、组织公民行为和创新行为显著正相关;领导—成员交换和心理授权调节了谦卑型领导对下属行为的影响,且心理授权相较于领导—成员交换所发挥的中介作用更强;同时,谦卑型领导也通过领导—成员交换和心理授权的链式中介间接影响了员工任务绩效、组织公民行为和创新行为。本文的研究结果将会深化我们对谦卑型领导对员工行为影响的机制的认识。 Although the importance of humble leadership has been increasingly recognized,there is a lack of existing studies of quantitative review on the impact of humble leadership on employee behaviors.This paper uses the meta-analysis method to examine the relationship between humble leadership and three types of employee behaviors with 114 studies,117 effct sizes as well as 37172 samples,mainly from the perspectives of relationship and information processing.The research results showed that humble leadership is positively related to employee task performance,organizational citizenship behavior and innovative behavior,and leader-member exchange and psychological empowerment mediated the relationship between humble leadership and subordinates’behaviors.Besides,psychological empowerment played a stronger mediating role than that of leader-member exchange.And leader-member exchange and psychological empowerment sequentially mediated the relationship between humble leadership and employee behaviors.The findings of this paper would deepen our understanding on the influencing mechanisms underlying the impact of humble leadership on employee behaviors.
