摘要
基于公共品自愿供给实验,我们检验了团队交流对公共品自愿供给的影响。实验发现,由于团队交流机制产生了社会资本,被试的公共品贡献显著提升。进一步研究发现,相对于自由型团队交流,任务型团队交流的公共品贡献增长幅度更高。参与过团队交流的被试被重新分组再进行实验时,即使新团队没有进一步交流,公共品贡献仍有明显的增长,表明通过团队交流产生的社会资本具有可转移性。研究结果给公共品自愿供给的实际应用提供了重要的依据和启示。
Based on the experiment of voluntary provision of public goods,we examine the effect of team communication on the voluntary provision of public goods.The results show that public goods contributions of subjects increased significantly due to the social capital generated by the team communication mechanism.Further research suggests that compared with free-form team communication,the contribution of public goods of task-based team communication increased higher.When the subjects who had participated in team communication were regrouped,even if the new group did not further communicate,the contribution of public goods still increased significantly,indicating that the social capital generated through team communication is transferable.The research results provide important basis and enlightenment for the practical application of voluntary provision of public goods.
