摘要
恢复体验是从心理上提升恢复的心理机制。近年来,作为应对"超标"压力的关键心理因素,组织中恢复体验的积极正面影响受到学者们的广泛关注。本文系统梳理了组织中恢复体验的概念内涵、维度测量及实证研究,强化了中国本土文化对组织中恢复体验的权变影响。未来研究应继续完善组织中恢复体验的结构维度,扩展恢复体验的前因变量、结果变量以及恢复体验的研究方法,深化组织中恢复体验的相关研究。
Recovery experience is a kind of psychological mechanism that promotes and recovers in psychology.In recent years,the positive influence of recovery experience has attracted scholars’extensive attention,as it acts as the key psychological factor in coping with"excessive"pressure.This paper systematically sorts out the concept connotation,dimension measurement and empirical research of recovery experience,moreover,it strengthens the contingency influence of Chinese native culture on recovery experience.Therefore,future research should continue to improve the structural dimension of the recovery experience in organizations,focus on expanding the antecedent variables,outcome variables and research methods of the recovery experience,and deepen the relevant research on the recovery experience in organizations at the same time.
