目标管理法在神经外科护理带教中的应用

目的研究在神经外科的护理带教当中目标管理法的应用。方法选取2018年2月-2019年3月本院神经外科护理站实习的50名实习护士为对象,将该50名实习护士随机分成两个小组,即为研究组(n=25)、常规组(n=25),常规组实施传统的带教法,研究组实施目标管理法,分析两组带教效果。结果相比较于常规组,经培训后研究组实习护士的沟通、操作水平、基础理论知识掌握及运用、病历书写等考核成绩较高,组间的数据差异性统计学意义存在,P<0.05;结论通过目标管理法的有效应用,能明确实习护士学习目标与带教指导教师教学目的,显著提升神经外科实习护士临床实践综合能力。

Objective:To study the application of target management in nursing teaching in neurosurgery.METHODS:In February 2018,in March 2019,50 trainee nurses were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.research group(n=25)and routine group(n=25).Results:Compared with the routine group,after training,the practice nurse of the research group had better communication,operation level,basic theoretical knowledge,application,medical record writing and other evaluation results.The data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:through the effective application of goal management method,the learning goal of trainee nurses and the teaching purpose of teaching guidance teachers can be clearly defined,and the comprehensive ability of clinical practice of interns in neurosurgery can be significantly improved.
