居家老人对“医养护一体化”签约服务需求现状调查分析

目的了解XX市居家老人对"医养护一体化"签约服务实际需求,为家庭型医养护一体化服务开展提供可行建议。方法2018年5月至2019年2月,使用自制问卷调查XX市开展"医养护一体化"4所社区卫生服务机构,由签约服务的老人完成调查问卷151份,内容涉及居家老人基本信息、签约服务的需求、签约服务的建议。结果居家老人对服务需求是以家庭医生为主的健康团队,服务地点在社区卫生服务中心,主要服务内容需求为慢病筛查,联系频率为能按需与家庭医生取得联系,潜在服务需求为个体化健康评估与指导需求。结论签约服务是社区卫生服务工作方向,需要满足老人的实际需求,平衡居家老人需求与目前家庭型医养护一体化签约服务机制间的矛盾。

objective:To understand the actual demand of home-based elderly in XX city for“integrated medical care”contract service.Methods:From May 2018 to February 2019.151 questionnaires were completed by the old people who signed up for services,covering basic information of elderly people at home,demand for signed up services,and Suggestions on signed up services.Results:The service needs of elderly people at home are a health team dominated by family doctors.Conclusion:Contracted service is the direction of community health service,which needs to meet the actual needs of the elderly and balance the contradiction between the needs of the elderly at home and the current mechanism of integrated contracted service of family-based medical care.
