探究放射治疗对肺癌患者免疫功能的影响

目的探究放射治疗对肺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择我院于2018年1月~2019年1月期间收治的100例肺癌患者,对患者放疗前后、放疗2、4、6周以及放疗完成后2周淋巴细胞、白细胞、中性粒细胞水平浓度进行对比。结果所有患者放疗前免疫细胞水平正常,放疗2、4、6周免疫细胞明显低下,放疗完成2周后免疫细胞水平逐渐恢复。结论放射治疗对肺癌患者免疫功能有较大破坏作用,放疗完成后免疫细胞功能可逐渐恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of radiotherapy on immune function in patients with lung cancer.Methods 100 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.The levels of lymphocyte,leukocyte and neutrophil were compared before and after radiotherapy,2,4,6 weeks after radiotherapy and 2 weeks after radiotherapy.Results Immunocyte level was normal in all patients before radiotherapy.Immunocyte level was significantly lower after 2,4 and 6 weeks of radiotherapy.Immunocyte level gradually recovered after 2 weeks of radiotherapy.Conclusion Radiotherapy can destroy the immune function of lung cancer patients,and the immune cell function can gradually recover after radiotherapy.
