应用奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效与患者血糖指标研究

目的探讨应用奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效与患者血糖指标。方法纳入我院80例2017年11月-2019年1月老年精神分裂症患者。随机数字表分组,奥氮平治疗组采取奥氮平治疗,齐拉西酮治疗组则采取齐拉西酮治疗。比较奥氮平治疗组、齐拉西酮治疗组疗效;治疗前后患者血糖指标;不良反应。结果齐拉西酮治疗组疗效。治疗前奥氮平治疗组、齐拉西酮治疗组血糖指标相近,P>0.05;治疗后齐拉西酮治疗组血糖指标变化幅度更小,P<0.05。结论奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症的效果和齐拉西酮治疗效果相似,但对血糖的影响较大。

Objective:to study the application of olanzapine in the treatment of elderly schizophrenia patients with curative effect and blood sugar.Methods:80 patients were included in our hospital in November 2017-January 2019 elderly patients with schizophrenia.Random number table groupings,olanzapine in treatment group treated with olanzapine,ziprasidone treatment group take ziprasidone treatment.Comparison of olanzapine in treatment group,ziprasidone treatment group curative effect;Before and after treatment patients blood sugar;Adverse reactions.Results:ziprasidone treatment group curative effect.Before treatment of olanzapine in treatment group,ziprasidone treatment group blood sugar,P>0.05;Ziprasidone treatment group after treatment the blood sugar index change smaller,P<0.05.Conclusion:the effect of olanzapine in the treatment of elderly schizophrenia and ziprasidone treatment effects are similar,but the influences of blood sugar.
