临床护理路径用于精神分裂症住院患者标准化护理管理中的效果研究

目的本次研究分析在精神分裂症住院患者标准化护理管理中采用临床护理路径的应用价值。方法本次研究样本选取本院精神分裂症患者100例,研究时间从2018年2月到2019年2月,将护理方式作为分组依据,观察组患者采用临床护理路径护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,对比护理结果。结果对比两组患者护理满意率,分析得知,观察组患者护理满意率较高,两组对比符合统计学标准(P<0.05);对比两组患者住院时间与住院费用,分析得知,观察组患者住院情况较好,两组对比符合统计学标准(P<0.05)。结论通过此次研究得知,在精神分裂症住院患者标准化护理管理中采用临床护理路径护理,能提高护理满意率,并进一步改善住院情况。

Objective:to analyze the application value of clinical nursing pathway in standardized nursing management of inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods:100 schizophrenic patients in our hospital were selected in this study.The study time was from February 2018 to February 2019.The nursing method was taken as the basis of grouping,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with clinical nursing pathway.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and the nursing results were compared.Results:the nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups was compared,and the results showed that the nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the inpatients of the two groups were hospitalized in the two groups(P<0.05).The analysis of the time and hospitalization cost showed that the patients in the experimental group were better in hospital,and the comparison between the two groups accorded with the statistical standard(P<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical nursing path nursing in the standardized nursing management of inpatients with schizophrenia can improve the satisfaction rate of nursing and further improve the condition of hospitalization.
