探讨中药生化汤预防剖宫产术后恶露延长的临床效果

目的分析中药生化汤在预防剖宫产术后恶露延长中所发挥的效果。方法选择我院在2016年3月~2018年8月诊治的剖宫产分娩产妇50例作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予益母草胶囊,观察组在此基础上给予中药生化汤治疗,对比两组产妇阴道血腥恶露的持续时间。结果观察组产妇产后恶露持续时间为(5.4±0.7)d,对照组产妇产后恶露持续时间为(8.3±0.2)d,观察组患者术后恶露延续时间短于对照组,数据对比P<0.05。结论采用中药生化汤预防剖宫产术后恶露延长取得了积极的预防效果,能够促进子宫修复,发挥养血、生新等功效,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Shenghua Decoction of Chinese Medicine in preventing prolongation of lochia after cesarean section.Methods:50 cases of cesarean section parturients in our hospital from March 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given Leonurus Herba Capsule.The observation group was given biochemical Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine on this basis,and the duration of vaginal bloody lochia was compared between the two groups.Result:The duration of postpartum lochia in the observation group was(5.4+0.7)days,while that in the control group was(8.3+0.2)days.The duration of postpartum lochia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The application of Shenghua Decoction in preventing prolongation of lochia after cesarean section has achieved positive preventive effect.It can promote uterine repair,exert the effects of nourishing blood and regeneration,and is worth popularizing and applying.Biochemical Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine;Cesarean section;Prolongation of lochia;Prevention effect.
