摘要
目的:探析老年冠心病患者用辛伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗效果。方法:将2018年1月至2019年1月期间诊治的70例老年冠心病患者分组,每组35例,对照组曲美他嗪单独治疗,实验组辛伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗,评价两组治疗效果。结果:实验组各项指标优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:将辛伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗老年冠心病中有利于抑制炎性反应和改善心功能。
objective:to explore the combined treatment effect of simvastatin and trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:70 elderly patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated between January 2018 and January 2019 were divided into 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine alone,and the experimental group was treated with simvastatin combined with trimetazidine,and the treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results:each index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the combination of simvastatin and trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease is beneficial to inhibit the inflammatory response and improve cardiac function.
