不同形式心电图诊断技术在心律失常及心肌缺血中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of different forms of electrocardiographic diagnosis in arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia

目的:探讨不同形式心电图诊断技术在心律失常及心肌缺血中的诊断价值。方法:选取39例患者均给予常规心电图检查与动态心电图检查,对比监测结果。结果:动态监测诊断心律失常、ST-T改变检出率79.49%、17.95%,高于常规心电图的58.97%、7.69%(P<0.05)。结论:动态心电图对心律失常和心肌缺血的检出率高于常规心电图。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of different forms of electrocardiographic diagnosis in arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia.Methods:39 patients were selected and given routine electrocardiogram examination and dynamic electrocardiogram examination,and the monitoring results were compared.Results:The detection rate of arrhythmia and ST-T change in remote monitoring was 79.49%and 17.95%,which was higher than 58.97%and 7.69%in routine electrocardiogram(P<0.05).Conclusion:the detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram for arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia is higher than that of routine electrocardiogram.
