替莫唑胺对比传统化疗药治疗高级别脑胶质瘤的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of temozolomide in the treatment of advanced glioma with traditional chemotherapeutic drugs

目的:探讨替莫唑胺对比传统化疗药治疗高级别脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年7-2017年7月到我院进行治疗高级别脑胶质瘤的患者100例,随机分为两组,每组患者各50例。对照组患者使用传统化疗药物进行治疗,实验组的患者使用替莫唑胺进行治疗,对两组患者进行治疗有效率评价。结果:实验组临床有效率94.00%,显著高于对照组78.00%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床对高级别脑胶质瘤进行治疗,可以使用替莫唑胺进行治疗,治疗效果更高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of temozolomide in the treatment of advanced glioma with traditional chemotherapy.Methods:100 patients with advanced glioma were selected in our hospital in 2016,7-2017 years in July,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional chemotherapy drugs,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with temozolomide.The effective rate of the two groups was evaluated.Results:the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 94%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of advanced glioma can be treated with temozolomide,and the therapeutic effect is higher.
