摘要
目的:对脑出血患者围术期进行流程化护理,分析该护理方式对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院2015年5月一2017年5月收治的脑出血患者164例,对照组82例进行围术期常规护理,观察组82例在对照组基础上进行围术期流程化护理。结果:观察组治疗后的神经功能评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率要显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑出血患者在围术期行以流程化护理干预能够有效提升患者的生活质量,降低不良反应发生几率.
Objective To provide perioperative nursing care for patients with cerebral on the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 164 patients with cerebral hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected.All patients were treated with surgery.82 patients in the control group were treated with routine care.Operative nursing.Results The neurological function score than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Procedural nursing for patients with the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
