阿奇霉素在儿科临床应用中的不良反应分析

Analysis of adverse reactions of azithromycin in pediatric clinical application

目的:研究阿奇霉素在儿科临床应用中的不良反应,分析阿奇霉素的不良反应并对监护措施进行探讨。方法:随机选取我院于2015年3月-2017年3月儿科收治的120例患者作为本次研究对象,根据用药方式分为对照组和实验组分别给予注射治疗和口服治疗,两组各60例患者,比较不良反应发生情况并进行总结分析。结果:实验组和对照组治疗有效率分别为96.67%、93.33%,两组比较p>0.05无意义。实验组并发症发生率明显较低,p<0.05有意义。结论:口服阿奇霉素进行治疗具有良好的疗效和安全性,应加强对患儿的监护、完善用药制度等降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective To study the adverse reactions of azithromycin in pediatric clinical application,analyze the adverse reactions of azithromycin and discuss the monitoring measures.Methods randomly selected 120 cases of pediatric patients in our hospital in March-2017 March 2015 as the subject of this study,two groups of 60 patients,compared with the adverse reactions and summarized analysis.Results the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 96.67%and 93.33%respectively.Compared with the two groups,p>0.05 had no significance.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion oral azithromycin is effective and safe for treatment.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of children,improve the system of drug use and so on to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
